Any quote we provide is an estimate based on the information available. Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes; we will discuss and agree any changes with you before proceeding.

Bookings & cancellations

When you book a service, you agree to provide accurate information and reasonable access to the work area. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as early as possible.

Payment

Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking or on completion of work, unless otherwise arranged. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed with you.

Workmanship

We carry out our work with reasonable care and skill. If you believe there is an issue with work we have completed, contact us promptly and we will address it in line with our workmanship guarantee.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions or issues outside the agreed scope of work.
