The faults we see most are the ones KL buildings are prone to: scale from hard water, concealed leaks behind tiled walls, and floor-trap blockages in ageing units.
Jobs are quoted after we've seen the problem, and the figure we agree is the figure you pay. We work to Malaysian water-services standards, coordinate with Air Selangor supply and Indah Water (IWK) sewerage where a job calls for it, and fit proper materials, PPR and PVC pipe, brass fittings and approved waterproofing membranes, instead of the cheap stock that fails inside a year.

Bathroom and toilet floors take constant water, and once the layer beneath the tiles breaks down it seeps into the room or unit below. We treat the floor, the corners and the area around the floor trap with waterproofing systems built for wet areas. Before any work, we check where the water is actually escaping, so you are not paying to seal the wrong spot. The result is a dry ceiling downstairs and a bathroom that stays watertight.

The water sitting in your tank is the water you drink, cook and bathe with, so its condition matters more than people think. Over time sediment, algae and debris collect inside, especially after supply interruptions stir everything up. We drain the tank, clean and sanitise it thoroughly, check the lid and float, then refill. Most homes benefit from a clean every couple of years. Weak flow on the upper floor, or a shower that fades when another tap runs, is almost always a pressure problem the right pump solves. We assess your outlets and supply, then fit a booster or automatic pump sized to match, wired safely with its own isolation point. Sizing is everything: too small and nothing changes, too big and the pipes knock. We tune and test it on the day so water runs steadily where you actually use it.

Diagnose & restore flowLow Water Pressure Fix
Low water pressure has several possible causes, and the fix depends entirely on which one it is. Before recommending anything, we check the usual culprits: a partly closed valve, a clogged aerator or filter, a tired pump, or a genuine supply issue. That way you are not sold a pump when the answer is a five-minute adjustment. Once we know the cause we restore proper flow and explain what changed, so the problem does not quietly return.
