Our Approach
How We Install Your Water Heater
We start by checking your incoming water pressure and the existing wiring. Air Selangor pressure in some high-rise units is low, so for an instant heater we confirm it will trigger before you buy. We isolate the supply at the stopcock, mount the unit level on solid wall fixings and connect the inlet and outlet with the correct fittings, using a flexible hose where access is tight.
Next we wire the heater through a dedicated RCD and a proper earth, never a shared socket. We open the stopcock, bleed the air, then run the unit and watch every joint for drips under full pressure. For solar and storage tanks we check the pressure relief valve and thermostat. We only sign off once the water runs hot, the RCD holds and nothing leaks.
