Local Knowledge
Plumbing for Mont Kiara Condos and Shops
Mont Kiara is mostly high-rise living, so most calls start with the same question: is the fault inside the unit or in a shared pipe? Fittings after the unit's own isolation valve are usually ours to repair; shared risers and stacks belong to the management. We check inside the unit first and give you the facts to take to the management office if the problem is outside it. Register us as visitors, confirm lift and loading rules, and tell us about any renovation rules on weekends or public holidays.
Condos around Mont Kiara Aman, Bayu and Damai
Bathrooms stacked above each other mean a leaking shower waste or heater joint can show up as a stain in the unit below. We inspect the fittings in your unit, test the waste and supply connections, and tell you plainly when the fault is in a shared stack.
Solaris Mont Kiara and Solaris Dutamas
Mixed residential and commercial blocks have shopfront kitchens and small office pantries as well as homes. We clear greasy kitchen drains and replace worn taps and traps, and we coordinate access with the building before starting.
Older units and rental condos
Heaters, angle valves and cistern fittings wear out in units that have been rented for years. A landlord who is away can approve a quote from photos while a tenant or agent gives access.
